Training Overview

A series of Intterra lessons and expected proficiencies have been developed that organize the existing knowledge base articles and videos

A series of Intterra lessons and expected proficiencies have been developed that organize the existing knowledge base articles and videos into a resource for:
  • Instructor-led classroom and drill training.  The lessons provide instructional materials.  The proficiencies listed provide a list of tasks and skills that can be demonstrated by the instructor while students follow on their own devices.
  • Self-directed learning for users who will take the initiative and the responsibility to select, manage, and assess their own learning activities, which can be pursued at any time, in any place.
  • Content that can be easily customized for specific agency training requirements and/or added to the department's training tracker software.
Additional references are also listed that provide more detailed content, where needed.
Note: Not all clients have the same layers and tools available in Intterra.  Each system has been configured to meet specific needs.  Each of these lessons may need to be "tweaked" a bit to fit your system.
