      • Classification Code Alert - Sends a notification to subscribers if any of 5 preconfigured CAD codes (examples: fire, traffic, medical) are received by Intterra from the dispatch system.
        • Local admin users can configure the CAD Classifications (CAD Codes) based on your agency's integration configuration. This alert will not trigger if there is no CAD integration in place.
      • Resource Monitoring by % - Sends an alert based on percent utilization of resources in RealView (SitStat). This alerts subscribers when the overall resource utilization meets or exceeds the configured threshold, regardless of whether they are logged into the system.
        • The threshold for this alert is configured by your local admin. This alert will not trigger if there is no CAD integration in place.
      • Resource Monitoring by Class - Sends an alert to subscribers when the resource utilization of up to 5 individual resource types (e.g., Engine, Rescue, Hazmat) meets or exceeds a configured usage percentage.
        • The threshold (25, 50, 75, 100%) may be configured by the local admin for up to 5 distinct resources. Values are configured separately for each resource type (e.g. Engine 75%, Rescue 50%, Hazmat 25%). This alert will not trigger if there is no CAD integration in place.
      • Wildland Acreage - Sends an alert when a fire meets or exceeds a number of acres, based on IRWIN data.
        • The threshold may be configured by the local admin. This alert will not trigger if IRWIN data is not configured for an agency group.
    • Using Alerts:

      • Alerts require configuration by a local group admin to set alert availability, alert thresholds and Slack integration (where available).
      • Once alerts are configured, users may subscribe to receive alerts via email or through membership in a Slack alerting channel.
      • Additional documentation is available here
