Why can't I see a layer that I know I have turned on?
Layers are brought into Intterra with features that are designed to be visible at certain zoom levels.
- Zoom out or in until you see the mapped information you expect.
- Double-check that the layer is activated - is there a blue stripe on the left side?
- If there is no stripe, click on the layer to turn it on.
- If there is a stripe, but it looks pale blue, then you need to adjust your zoom level until the stripe becomes a bright blue.
If you still don't see what you were expecting, consider that there may not be any current information available in that layer, and in that specific area, at that time (e.g., no lightning strikes in a certain geographic location at that moment).
