Why does my AGOL Layer look different (BAD) in Intterra?
Why and what to do to fix it
When sharing a layer to Intterra from AGOL, sometimes it looks very different in Intterra than what is shown in AGOL.
Why - This is occurs when the visualization adjustments are being made on the item within AGOL itself. When you do that, those changes can only be reflected within the AGOL system. Any other system is blind to those adjustments. We simply read the display properties on the REST endpoint itself.
Fix - Republish the service from ArcGIS Pro with the desired layer symbology, labels, visible extent, etc. Here is how.
