Basemap Selector Move

Available spring 2022. The basemap selector moved from the layers menu to its own space on the map.

Basemap Selector

The basemap selector has moved to its own space on the map.  Users can now change their basemap and opacity without having to interrupt editing or close a tool (SitStat Monitor, Airborne/Satellite Intel, Performance, etc).
