Enhanced prioritization of preplan updates - Users now have the ability to identify preplan areas based on the time elapsed since the last modification of a feature.
The Preplan Audit Age layer provides a visual indicator of when preplan data was last edited for a given preplan area. The Preplan Audit Age Layer is available as a companion to Intterra Structure Preplans. It is intended to support structure preplan editors and managers and is commonly available in the workspace where preplans are edited (i.e. Preplan) allowing them to easily see the age of the preplan data and plan work to update the preplan information accordingly.
Intterra spatially associates all structure preplan features to a mapped preplan area boundary (required). The nightly process queries all the plan features within each plan area, finds and identifies the the feature with the most recent edit and updates the Feature Last Modified Date. The layer is symbolized by age in years keying off of the Feature Last Modified Date.
Selecting a Preplan Audit Age feature provides the FEATURE LAST MODIFIED DATE, MONTHS, and Preplan ID details.
TIPS:
- The preplan area picks up the most recent date/time of the preplan features within the area. Features outside the preplan area polygon are not included in the updates, even if they have the same preplan name or ID. Consider enlarging the plan area to include all features or moving the feature into the plan area if location is not important (i.e. a photo/attachment point). Use the layer that includes 'Edit' in the name.
- If a preplan area has no features within it, there will be no FEATURE LAST MODIFIED DATE and the area will not be shaded.
- Deleting a feature does not count as an edit in the FEATURE LAST MODIFIED DATE calculation.
