Planned System Maintenance

Intterra may perform scheduled system maintenance on Tuesdays 7-8a or 8-9p Mountain Time (beginning July 1, 2023)

Intterra is committed to ensuring reliable information technology services. In order to meet this objective, Intterra application systems may need to be taken offline to maintain or improve system performance, safeguard data, or to respond to emergency situations.

Planned maintenance occurs during the standard maintenance window of Tuesdays 8-9a Mountain Time and there may or may not be down time during all or part of the maintenance window .  Scheduled maintenance that occurs outside the standard maintenance window will be announced at least 72 hours in advance.

If system maintenance procedures will require planned down time, a system maintenance announcement will provide the following information:

  • Systems and services that are affected, as well as suggested alternatives to them (if any).
  • Start and end times of the planned down time period, or estimated time to recovery in the event of emergency down time.
  • The reasons why the system maintenance is taking place.
  • Any ongoing problems that are anticipated as a result of the system maintenance.

Unexpected circumstances may arise where systems or services will be interrupted without prior notice and require Emergency System Maintenance. Every effort will be made to avoid such circumstances. However, incidences may arise involving a compromise of system security, the potential for damage to equipment or data, or emergency repairs. If the affected system(s) cannot be brought back online within 30 minutes, affected users will be contacted as described above.
