Why can't I map or edit an incident?

Make sure the layer is toggled on and visible at your zoom level.

Go to Manage Layers in Intterra and make sure that the type of incident you are editing has been toggled on; if the layer is on, there will be a blue stripe to the left of the layer name.

NOTE: If the blue stripe is very pale (such as for Fire Points, Fire Lines, and Fire Perimeter below), that means you need to zoom in to make those sublayers active.
