I'm an Intterra Administrator. Is there a way to add several new users at once?

Yes, but you need to reach out to your Intterra Account Manager in order to accomplish this task.
Here's what you can do:
  1. Read the Bulk User Imports section in the article, Manage Users - For Admins.
  2. Add your new user information to the spreadsheet (listed in the article, but also found here:user_template.csv ).
  3. The required fields to be completed are name, username, and email.
  4. Be sure to save the file as an Excel Workbook, and then send it to your Account Manager.
Once the new users have been imported by your Account Manager, it's easy to perform a bulk edit to adjust user roles (refer to the Bulk User Edits section in the same article above.
