Why did my account get deleted?

Users suddenly locked out and when they go to login - their account is now recognized.

Users who have exceeded the maximum inactivity period will have their account deleted by the system.  The inactivity period varies by system, but the default is 365 days. Most state wildfire systems are set to 720 days.  

Inactivity period is based on days since the last login.  So users who use Intterra daily and never log out and back in can have their account deleted.  

Users who have lost there account will need to reach our to their system administrator to have their account recreated.
