Demonstration of wildfire mapping workflow from initial attack to sharing to the National Incident Feature Service using new and enhanced features available for Intterra users in 2022.
NOTE: Compatible with ERSI 'Built-In' accounts. Users configured with SAML-based or MFA logins will not be able to access AGOL layers. This now includes NIFC's National Incident Feature Service (NIFS) used by many agencies for wildfire mapping.
Work around - GISS and others can still access local incident mapping done in Intterra within the ArcGIS Pro by adding the data as a url. To learn more, click here.
Emily, Intterra's GIS lead, provides the demo:
0:31 - Add incident & perimeter
2:28 - Login to AGOL to access NIFS
3:40 - Copy perimeter to NIFS
4:37 - Convert polygon to line
5:09 - Access your organizations AGOL layers to complete your COP (Bonus)
